the respect of legacies and urban values elements, homogeneous and
urban sequence of this Crimée street portion suspentiating
of a suburb architecture has been conserved. Concerning the old covered
market, historical structure and façade are amphasizing by
the project. Covered courtyard closing façade on groundfloor
is teared down. Façade Original sketch de la façade
is regained. Concerning contempory intervention, buildings are builed on both side of the courtyard. South/west building make n°168 and n°170 courtyards junction. WIth a South/West principal orientation, building enable to link courtyards together by a ground floor passageway leading on common spaces and visually in high though walkways. Common space quality and courtyards junction are a priority in order that users fully profite. Neither entrance hall nor corridor: It’s the courtyard who serves getting a meeting place. South/West building is maked with differents layers and materiality façade in order to emphasize flaws rythm create by passageways and loggias. Walls are plastered by green color and apartially perfored aliminium skin protect loggias and produce differents reflections Concerning the covered market, the purpose is to separate ateliers from lodgings. 6 ateliers are situated in the ground floor and the lodgings are in façade, four are at the first floor and two at the second one integrating perfectly existent weft. |
